Online registration
Please use the registration link below. After registration and payment you will automatically receive an e-mail with information about your account. You can use your account to create and download a confirmation (PDF).
You can use a credit card (Mastercard, VISA or American Express). The secretariat has subcontracted payments by credit card to a secure payment service that guarantees confidentiality and security. Dutch participants can also pay by a bank account through IDEAL. Alternatively, you can request an invoice for institutional payments.
Please choose the appropriate method during your registration/payment.

Grolsch Brewery Tour (optional, €40)
Nothing beats a cool glass of Grolsch beer!
Its unique flavor stems from a recipe that has been used for over 400 years. Visit the Grolsch brewery for a tour and learn all about this Dutch beer brand. Dive into the history of Grolsch, find out about the brewing and bottling process and learn more about the exemplary tv commercials. Of course, a tasting of Grolsch beer is included at the end. A bus will take you from the University of Twente to the brewery – and back.
Confirmation
You can download your confirmation PDF after you have completed your registration successfully.
Your confirmation will include an ID number. Please include this ID number with all correspondence with the secretariat.
Invoice
You can choose to pay by an invoice sent to your organization. Please check the appropriate option at checkout.
You will receive an invoice by e-mail. After receipt of payment a confirmation (PDF) will be sent.
Letter of invitation
You can request a letter of invitation for VISA purposes. Please contact the secretariat cat@congress.nl with your request.
Please provide the following personal data: Full name and address, passport number, date of birth and length of visit.
The letter will be sent to you by e-mail as a PDF file.
Certificate of attendance
You can request a certificate of attendance during and after the meeting.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations can be requested by e-mail to the secretariat (cat@congress.nl).
The registration fee will be refunded with a 30% fee for cancellation requests received no later than August 12th 2025.
Registrations are non-refundable after August 12th.

We advise early booking (preferably before July 29, 2025) to guarantee accommodation.
